How do you assemble a CC Rack?

Is there a minimum quantity needed to order?

There is no minimum quantity needed to place an order with CC for either rental program.

What is the timeline for account setup?

We would like to have between 2-3 weeks to set up your account with CC. This includes getting credit reference form, contract signed, and equipment sent with training complete before your first order can be picked up. While 2-3 weeks is preferred for setup, we do have an expedited account setup process that can be utilized when necessary.

How soon can I get racks?

Our depots need 48-72 hours notice to put your order together. Your rack projections should already be given to your Account Manager to help reduce last-minute rack order requests. Orders can be expedited for an additional fee.

What is the maximum number of shelves that can fit on a CC Rack?

Each post has approximately 33 holes. You can configure the rack to meet any loading pattern you need for your product.

How do I request a customer order?

Reach out to your Account Manager and let them know:

Date Needed

Depot Requested

CPU or if you will be using CCDS

How do I request a rack pick up?

For a pickup request, email rackpickup@cc-racks.com and provide your store name, number, and the number of racks that are ready for pick up.

How soon can I expect pickup after I submit a pickup request?

We strive to get any CC rack picked up within 7-10 business days after request. This can depend on location, timing, and quantity.

How do I use Etrack straps when loading racks in a trailer?

A minimum of 4 E Track Straps are recommended per load. This means using a Strap for every 4 rows of racks loaded in a trailer. Best practice is to ensure that straps are not overtightened and are secured in close proximity to a shelf to prevent posts from bending while ratcheting the strap tight.

What are CC's payment terms?

Invoices are sent out monthly and we have net 30 days payment terms. Preferred payment method is ACH or check.
